Haus “Maria” is located at the foot of the majestic Wilder Kaiser mountain range in the beautiful village of Ellmau in Tirol. In the 1970’s Maria Feyersinger welcomed guests to our house, which was a bed and breakfast. About ten years ago, the first floor was converted into a spacious holiday apartment. It has now been partly renovated with an open plan kitchen, dinning table and an ajoining living room. The apartment also has breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
Our apartment for 1-6 people has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, large living room with a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower & bathtub, and a separate toilet. It has two balconies with panoramic views of the Wilder Kaiser and Hartkaiser. The house has a large garden with a playground (incl. a trampoline), and parking for up to two cars.

Haus Maria is in the perfect location to start a hiking adventure directly from the front door. You can also take a short walk up the hill behind the house, where you will find a stunning view overlooking Ellmau. Just a few minutes walk away, there is direct access to the cross country ski track and the bus stop for the free Kaiser Jet guest bus that takes you to the village and Hartkaiser cable car, where you can explore the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser, in summer or winter. It is also only about 15 min. walk to the “Kaiserbad” swimming pool with indoor and outdoor pools and water slides. We are also located close to the beautiful 27 hole Wilder Kaiser Golf Course. When you get back from your day out, you can relax on our balconies with an amazing view towards the Hartkaiser. We also have a large garden with a playground, including swings, a sand pit, a slide, and a trampoline.
It never gets boring in Ellmau – whether in summer or winter.
